RPSC AEN Interview Guidance Programme
ZONE TECH RPSC AEN Interview Guidance Programme is designed for Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering candidates shortlisted for the RPSC Assistant Engineer interview stage.
The programme helps candidates prepare technical subjects, biodata, Rajasthan-related topics, job-profile questions, communication and interview presentation.
Candidates who obtain the minimum qualifying marks prescribed by RPSC in the written examination or main examination may be called for interview.
Important Eligibility Requirement
Provided that no candidate who fails to obtain a minimum of 35% marks in each of the two compulsory papers and a minimum of 40% marks in the aggregate shall be called by the Commission for interview, which carries 72 marks.
The interview enables the candidates to determine if an applicant's skills, experience and personality meet the job's requirements. It also helps the employer assess whether an applicant would likely fit in with the Job profile culture. The last final merit list will be prepared on the basic of candidate’s marks secured in RPSC AEn Mains and Interview.
RPSC AEn Interview Details

Document Verification
Before your interview there are some compulsory formalities like document verification, i.e. checking of marksheets, certificates etc.
Oath Certificate
Candidate should fill the Oath Certificate. Oath Certificate is nothing more than a formality, which is a page proforma given by RPSC to candidates during document formality completion.
On which candidate paste a passport size photograph and fill basis basic information i.e. Roll number, Name, signature etc.
Interview Panel
There are total 3 members in Interview panel i.e. One board member & other two technical experts.
Interview Questions & DAF
Interview is basically focused on Bio-data or Detailed Application Form (DAF) provided by RPSC to fill the candidates.
In Interview, Mostly questions asked from Rajasthan related current issues, home town, hobbies and Interest, Current issues, From technical/engineering portion etc.
Interview Duration
RPSC AEN Interview duration: Approx. 15-25 minutes.
